What we offer:
• Folk music education: zither, folk singing – further instruments as needed. Separate prima and accompaniment training (technical and theoretical) for those playing polyphonic zither music.

• The daily program continues after breakfast with a group warm-up, followed by folk song learning. Before dinner we conclude the official part of the day with a camp-wide joint rehearsal, where we prepare for the camp's public closing performance.
• We provide intensive professional education in the form of small-group workshops for 6.5 hours daily. Upon arrival at our camp, participants will be divided into groups of 10-15 people according to their knowledge level following their introduction, audition and consent on the first day, and these groups will work together throughout the week.
• In group sessions we teach instrument technique and folk music knowledge in parallel.
• Every afternoon and evening we offer elective programs for residents. Every day of the week free time programs, excursions, dance houses, culture, sports, funny competitions, lectures by renowned performers, interactive storytelling afternoons interesting for both children and adults, campfires and many other entertaining programs await participants.
• At the end of the camp we record and publish the groups' performances.
• The camp ends with a gala concert, where everyone at the camp presents the results of the week's work together with their instructors (each group prepares a short program from the songs and dances of the region they studied).
• If requested, we work separately with orchestra conductors, where in addition to the usual camp work they can receive help with their leadership tasks (arrangement, analysis, folk studies, special instrument techniques, etc.). In the highest level group – for a significant part of daily instruction – we provide separate training for prima and accompaniment zither players, where in addition to technical-practical training we place great emphasis on theoretical and style knowledge as well.
• All camp programs (accommodation, instruction, meals) will take place at one location, the CHEMES WELLNESS HOTEL. Accommodation is in 2 or 3-bed rooms equipped with showers, toilets and TVs. The camp has plenty of outdoor sports and free time program space. There are several community rooms in the camp, and a buffet will also operate. In the afternoons participants can use the Hotel swimming pool free of charge.
• Throughout the entire camp we provide qualified medical supervision for participants. Constant pedagogical supervision for children will make things easier and help them from wake-up until their designated lights out.
• A very important element of the camp is joint work by musicians and dancers, and we strive to provide as many opportunities for this as possible, for example in dance houses.
• And an indispensable addition to a good camp: there will be friendly company, the hospitality Fabotó is known for, rousing parties, a relaxed atmosphere and lots and lots of laughter.
