Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of age or prior experience. Our courses are ideally suited for anyone from ages 14 to 70. With our unique Suholó method, our lively rehearsals provide clear progression and a genuine sense of achievement for complete beginners and seasoned dancers alike. From the first lesson focus on improvisation and place great emphasis on the connection between dance partners.

True to the team's name, we are a cheerful, fun-loving group. The rehearsals offer everyone genuine relaxation, rejuvenation, and a sense of community. We are also pleased that an increasing number of dancers with extensive folk dance experience are choosing to join us.
