Hungarian Pronunciation Class
We developed these Hungarian pronunciation classes to support those participating in Hungarian folk singing and dancing to feel more comfortable and confident with the song words, csujogatás, pronouncing Hungarian names, etc. These are interactive small-group classes and are open to anyone to attend, whether or not you are taking our other classes.
This class:
Level I (60 minutes)
An in-depth class on Hungarian pronunciation, open to absolute beginners as a first introduction to the language as well as those with experience who want to review or refine. This class covers every letter sound, about half an hour on the consonants and half an hour on the vowels, with practice words for each letter. Participants receive a detailed pronunciation guide for later reference.
